I've had quite a few people say they'd love to have a go at creating some images inspired by the HeavenField.
I'd love to see other people's interpretation of the the characters, creatures and environments - so please post them up here!

Not really fan art as such, but I just got these amazing images of The HeavenField from a great friend of mine Steven Herbert (also the chap that wrote and performed the HeavenField Theme along with his wife Jacqueline).

Here are a few more pictures of the HeavenField landscape by Steven Herbert. Huge thanks to him for doing these!

Thanks! Im gonna try the beastie onslaught of the Exiles fort next I think.
As to painting - its my genuine belief that anyone can create art as well as me or better - im pretty mcuh entirely self taught through magazines, books and observation. Just learn a few tricks, practice and experiment. Sometimes the accidents are the bits people like the best!

I G I'm just thinking, if the next piece or two works out, I'll provide them as desktop packages for download for forum member - is there a way to hide a link etc so only members can see it? - it wont be for a while at any rate, just curious as then I could post direct links to fullsized pieces here with a reasonable amount of security (as far as my work goes) and also it's be something extra for forum members. edited by Cyrus on 10/04/2012

This is the 'full' version of my last image - which was edited due to some scaling / lighting problems. Whilst this one still doesn't have the epic forces surrounding the pyramid, it does include Thomas and the angel in the dark at the foot of the image - with the light they shine illuminating their surroundings.
Thought you guys would like a look!

Messed around listening to the last episode and got this by the end.
*SPOILER ALERT*
Not sure, but I think it's the Herald as described in one of the previous episodes.
I quite like the basic idea / composition of the scene though, so I'll be doing another draft (with abetter ship design and more detail of course) at some point in the next week - along with one of the creatures.
