Forum Rules

By accessing the Heavenfield members' area, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use this members' area.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that we have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database.

Competition Rules

  1. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
  2. No purchase necessary.
  3. Only one entry per person.
  4. Only one win allowed per person.
  5. The winner will be chosen at random from a list of all members.
  6. Winners will be notified by email. If we have not received a reply after 30 days your chance to receive your prize will be lost. The decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
  8. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
  9. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  10. We will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
  11. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.
